Packing list for a family ski trip

Tis the season for ski vacations

We love winter, and this year we decided to focus our winter vacations on ski resorts rather than sunny skies. But packing for a ski vacation is a lot harder with two young kids. Packing list for a family ski trip includes much more than just shorts and t-shirts; boots and ski gear require extra planning.

It’s really important to pack the right gear for a ski vacation with kids because cold kids make for cranky kids. We learned this the hard way. It’s also important to buy proper waterproof boots, gloves, jacket and pants. These items will keep your little one warm and comfortable, making for a fun vacation for everyone.

I’ve put together a list of everything we pack for a 5 night ski vacation with our young kids. We use the same list for our 3 year old and 1 year old. (Note: bring less clothing if a washer and dryer is available. This list is taking into account that there is NO washer or dryer in-suite).
